Great location. 300 yards to the front of the terminal which you can access via a covered walkway with an elevator that takes you up to the forecourt. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were modern, clean with very comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast was a choice of full English, cereals, pastries, coffee and juices etc. All a very high standard.

The room was a decent size, had all amenities, was very clean. Even the kettle in the room was clean which doesn’t happen often.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right beside the airport by turning right out of the main terminal reception and taking a lift outside the airport. The bedroom was as expected of a Hilton Hotel with lovely carpets, large television, modern bathroom, kettle with water for making coffee and tea in the bedroom which is expected in all British star rated hotels, large bath towels and hand towels, showergel and soap of high quality. I liked the furniture in the main lounge dining area. However, it was unclear if the side lounge was meant for soft drinks and not alcohol. There were a lot of people drinking alcohol which would lower the feeling of the hotel in the afternoon.

Breakfast was good. Great to have the coffee machine with take away coffee cups. Half price parking for our visitor was really good, but maybe there could be some kind of deal....like spend £50 at the bar and free 2 hour parking.

Really comfy hotel right next to the airport. The included breakfast buffet was treat! The food was excellent and wide choice. We had dinner as well, which we found pleasant. Just know, they offer 24 hour room service/food, so no matter when your flight is coming/going, you should be able to get a bite of food. Check it was breeze, bed and room was super comfy. Easily walk to and from the main entrance of the airport. Will stay here again.

When we arrived (late at night) the male receptionist was extremely helpful. He told me he added points to my honour account, which I actually forgot I have as I was booking this hotel at the last minute. We came to the room and there was a greeting note on the TV and a full range of programmes available. I found it very nice. Unfortunately I didn't catch the guy's name but I would like to thank him. We also prefer two beds which we got this time. Occasionally we are given one double bed which is not very suitable for us. Also the beds had firm mattresses, again very comfortable, as we both have back pain. The walk to the airport took us 6 minutes! Brilliant. Breakfast from 4am and including the stay is great because we didn't need to think where we will eat at the airport. We definitely will stay again.
